Product Introduction

The UPE material MBR flat membrane has excellent hygiene performance and chemical corrosion resistance, and is suitable for various complex water treatment environments. It is widely used in water purification treatment, municipal sewage, industrial wastewater treatment and other fields. Compared with traditional hollow fiber membranes and hard flat membranes, it has a higher cost performance.

UPE (Uitra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) micro-porous membrane: It is fabricated by using high-purity PE raw materials with a molecular weight greater than 1 million daltons through TiPS phase separation and two-phase extreme stretching processes.

2. The chemical cleaning adopts the static pressure reverse flushing method, with the pressure not exceeding 20 kpa.

3. The dosage of chemical cleaning reagents is configured at 6 L/m2.

4. The effective concentration of sodium hypochlorite used for chemical cleaning is ≤ 1000 ppm, and the concentration of citric acid is ≤ 1000 ppm.e)

5. Air supply volume: 0.15 - 0.3 m2/m2/h (depending on the operating conditions). This device requires an air supply volume of more than 3.5 m2/min.

6. Operation mode: 8 hours on, 2 hours off.
